SUMMARY
The E-DC Fulfillment Pharmacist ensures the correct and efficient dispensing and management of pharmaceutical items sold online. She/He supports the online order fulfillment process in making sure the required service level agreement and medical standards are being met.
ROLE
• Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders and detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
• Ensuring prescription required and other pharmaceutical items are dispensed properly by packaging and labeling pharmaceuticals.
• Monitoring expiry of pharmaceutical items to maintain the quality of items being sold online.
• Overseeing the day-to-day order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization’s customer standards.
• Monitoring staff performance to maintain productivity in pharma picking process while ensuring quality and speed of fulfillment process
• Ensuring SOPs are followed for a seamless end to end process.
