JOB SUMMARY
The eDC Inventory Control Associate is directly reporting to Supervisor, eDC Inventory Control and responsible to process inventory adjustments and control to make sure high inventory quality. Monitor the status and level of stocks, maintain sufficient inventory based on consumption, and maintain real-time, accurate, and complete records of all inventory transactions.
JOB ROLES
• Check real-time, accurate, and complete records of all inventory transactions, and perform physical and system inventory reconciliation
• Assist in the process inventory adjustments and control to make sure high inventory quality while maintaining operational compliance in accordance with organization's customer standard
• Assist in the resolution of day-to-day inventory operations issues i.e. Problematic Orders stock allocation, Return to Goods processing
• Check record completeness of all pertinent inventory documents and report any discrepancies in quantity, serial number, defects, and other discrepancies
• Collaborates with order and replenishment team on proper storage and putaway of items received
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
