SUMMARY
The Manager, Finance Business Partner is directly reporting to Senior Finance Business Partner and responsible to assist in the day-to-day Financial Business Partner operations. Plan, review, and develop plans based on business needs, create financial models, and analyze and evaluate reports, trends, and other data. This will also develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and identify and recommend business process initiatives.
ROLE
• Work closely with regional and local stakeholders on matters including but not limited to management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting, identification of growth opportunities and risk areas.
• Develop plans based on an in-depth understanding of business needs with the objective of achieving growth and profitability targets
• Provide and create financial models, dashboards, or tools based on business plans, new channels and business development opportunities to understand the impact of investment, pricing or new product launch decisions
• Generate and order data, select appropriate tools to analyze and manipulate data, and present the findings to the relevant stakeholders
• Identify and recommend business process improvement projects to automate or streamline regular task to drive business efficiency
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
