JOB SUMMARY
Our Manager, Benefits is responsible for providing the operational support in benefits administration. The position oversees the effective and efficient processing and implementation of statutory and non-statutory benefits.
JOB ROLES
• Ensuring accurate and timely implementation of company-initiated benefit programs such as Medical Subsidy, SL Conversion, Annual Bonus, Incentives, Service Loyalty, Business Transportation Allowance, Travel Insurance, Life Insurance, HMO, Retirement, Funeral / Bereavement and Uniform Issuance
• Establishing accurate and timely processing and serving of statutory benefit claims / loans under SSS, SSS EC, PHIC, HDMF and membership / loans filing under SLA, SME-Card, SM Advantage Card
• Coordinating with SM for benefits-related directives, issues and concerns
