ROLE
Improving Service/ Customer Value to always maintain on shelf availability
Improving Supply Chain processes for efficiency and implementing new or improved supply chain process
Maintaining optimal inventory to achieve weeks cover target and reduce slow moving stocks better than target
Ensuring accuracy of forecasting demand
Driving team performance, supervising team activities in accordance to ROS
Assisting in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities
