JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, eDC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment is directly reporting to Senior Manager, eDC and responsible to oversee the day-to-day in the Order Fulfillment and Replenishment operations. Plan, review, and develop plans and programs for order fulfillment and replenishment, monitor, review, and evaluate the overall operational performance, and lead cross functional improvement project. Also responsible in leading and developing Order Fulfillment and Warehouse Operations
JOB ROLES
• Oversee the day-to-day in the Order Fulfillment and Warehouse operations by providing leadership and management.
• Plan, review, and develop plans and programs for order fulfillment to improve the overall operational performance, processes, and procedures to support O+O business.
• Plan, review and develop plans and programs for warehouse operations to improve overall KPI and deliver cost savings.
• Analyze and evaluate reports, trends, and other data to provide new business solutions and initiatives.
• Support in developing and maintaining good working relationship with cross-functional teams on eDC related operations and projects to ensure successful execution of eDC plans.
• Provide Warehousing and order fulfillment support for other online business in line with O+O business
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
