SUMMARY
Responsible for providing leadership and monitoring on inventory quality and maintenance in e-Commerce distribution center while maintaining warehouse operational compliance in regional standards. This role reports to Business Unit Head of O+O Fulfillment.
ROLE
- Leading and managing the whole eDC Inventory team
- Investigating hitches in the warehouse inventory system and execute necessary improvements toward better business performance which center on online customer satisfactions.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory quality and draw root cause analysis to minimize impact on financials ( e.g shrink, discrepancies, etc)
- Driving eDC inventory improvement initiatives
- Establishing a regular count plan and cycle count for all SKUs
- Leading 2x/year stocktake , ensuring least shrinkage and interruptions to customers experience.
- Developing a highly professional team which collaborate with other functional teams
