JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Finance Process Management is responsible for managing the team in achieving standardization, documentation and streamlining of key business Finance processes, reviewing processes and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.

• Championing a culture of continuous improvement by fostering innovation, best practice sharing, and learning within the finance organization.
