JOB SUMMARY
Our Manager, People Development (Beauty), reporting to Senior Manager, People Development develops and implements learning and development programs to elevate and professionalize beauty expertise in current and new wave of Beauty To Be Famous For (TBFF) categories across retail brands (i.e Look At Me, SM Beauty, Watsons Beauty) to drive business growth and achieve the vision to become the authority in O+O beauty retail.
JOB ROLE
Identifying and analyzing gaps thru administration of assessment tools and preparing relevant programs and coaching tools to address the gap in building capabilities for Beauty workforce
Developing and implementing beauty training programs required by Beauty O+O retail brands (incl. but not limited to Skincare, Haircare, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Trending/emerging beauty categories and products) thru research and regular consultations with stake holders/Beauty Trading and Brand team (i.e., local, regional)
Conducting regular Train the Trainer (T3) beauty workshops and refreshers for Beauty Advisors, Specialists and In-Store Trainers.
Regularly evaluating and reporting program accomplishments thru training and evaluation reports, and constantly updating programs based on latest beauty trends and commercial strategies
Collaborating with People Development and Digital Learning Solutions on spotting appropriate online learning solutions to further professionalize the beauty workforce using the organization’s learning experience platform/ HRMS/ Talent Management System (i.e., Cornerstone)
