Job Summary
Responsible for executing Operations Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives within Supply Chain. Conducts process and productivity studies, analyzes operational data, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports implementation of process, productivity, and efficiency improvements. Through Industrial Engineering principles, structured problem-solving, and collaboration with operational teams, helps establish efficient, standardized, and sustainable ways of working that improve Supply Chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Industrial Engineering studies including work measurement, time and motion studies, capacity analysis, manpower productivity assessment, workload analysis, and process efficiency reviews.
Analyze operational processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, inefficiencies, and root causes.
Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, SOPs, work standards, and process documentation.
Lead and support improvement projects from data gathering through implementation and monitoring.
Gather, validate, and analyze operational data and KPIs to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
Support automation, digitalization, and system enhancement initiatives.
Partner with operations teams and stakeholders to sustain implemented improvements and address operational issues.
