JOB SUMMARY
Our Marketing Manager for Watsons Health & Beauty is mainly responsible for the integrated marketing communications support for Watsons Health. This position is the lead person for brand building, category building, and tactical campaigns to drive customer engagement and brand love for Watsons as a Health retail brand. This position is also responsible and the lead person for the integrated marketing communications support for assigned Watsons Health & Beauty campaigns, local store marketing, and in-store experience support.
JOB ROLE
• Building Watsons as a strong, clearly differentiated brand, primarily as a health retail brand, that customers love
• Driving traffic O+O to help in the achievement of commercial objectives for the brands (Total Company Sales, GOBE Sales)
• Efficient management of Watsons Health and Operations Marketing Advertising & Promotion (A&P) resources in the implementation of marketing programs
• Leading the development and implementation of assigned integrated marketing campaigns to support brand building, category building, and tactical initiatives in relevant customer touchpoints:
1. Advertising (In-store, Digital, Mobile, Traditional)
2. Member Communications
3. Public Relations (PR) & Activations
4. Local Marketing
5. Partnerships
