Manager, Marketing (Operations & A&P)
Job Summary: You ensure that the Marketing function operates with financial discipline, operational rigor, and efficiency. You lead all Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget processes, oversee financial governance, manage vendor coordination, and support campaign execution through strong marketing operations systems.
Your role strengthens the Marketing team’s ability to deliver impactful campaigns and omni-channel activations by ensuring that all investments are accurately planned, tracked, recorded, reconciled, and optimized. You collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Marketing leads to maintain transparency, compliance, and operational excellence.
