Online Business DC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment Associate

SUMMARY

The E-DC Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the actual  Retrieval, Picking, Packing , and Dispatch of online orders. This role  reports to eDC Fulfillment Supervisor.

ROLE

·Retrieving of orders from the warehouse  system to be available for the picking process

·Picking the items needed for each order and  make sure that items being served are in  good condition and matches the order  requirement

·Ensuring items picked are in good condition,  taking note of expiry date

·Packing items using proper packaging  materials protecting the items in possible  damages upon delivery

·Dispatching orders to assigned 3PL and making sure system tagging is done

·Making sure end to end process is within the  required timeline (24hrs)

·Releasing fulfilment reports/updates.
