JOB SUMMARY
Our Group Operations Manager – Region is responsible for the attainment of total sales budget, business growth and overall profitability through innovation, effective leadership, project management plans, customer service and excellent execution of all strategies across all store formats. Adheres to company policies and procedures through effective planning, coordinating, leading and controlling store operations/functions at all times.
JOB ROLES
• Evaluates O+O customer service standards level and implement strategy to improve and promote consistent and positive customer experience thus gain their loyalty.
• Driving, monitoring and reviewing sales performance and recommends action plans to deliver sales budget across all store formats.
• Analyzing, developing and initiating measures to drive profitability through effective cost management.
• Ensuring consistency on the implementation of plans and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Responding and activating protocols for better Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans; recommends improvement as the situation requires.
• Identifying creating, implementing and monitoring team performance, development and engagement
