SUMMARY
The Senior Category Manager, Trading Beauty is responsible in developing strategies and driving category plans and programs across the O+O platforms to ensure relevancy and improve market share, thereby achieving category brands, sales, margin and other income
ROLE
- 100% Delivery of category sales and achievement of all required agreements (TTA, promotions, etc) according to agreed timelines
- Budget achievement for stocks week cover and slow-moving stocks through weekly coordination with supply chain on product assortment and decision on SMS
- Conceptualizing & Selling O+O category building programs to all category supplier and ensuring seamless implementation resulting in sales & OI target achievement
- Optimizing category sales and profit by collaborating with top and mid-tier suppliers for better margins
- Crafting and implementing plans and programs across all retail channels (ie Watsons, SM beauty, Ecommerce and Social Commerce) and ensure channel differentiation and better customer experience.
- 98% compliance on ROS and 100% compliance on Company Policies and Business Processes / Procedures
- 100% implementation of competency development agreements
