Design, develop and implement learning programs to elevate expertise in beauty categories driving the beauty business growth
JOB ROLES
1. Oversees end-to-end logistics, including procurement, inventory, and distribution, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
2. Designs, launches, and manages support programs to enhance team performance, innovation, and operational efficiency
3. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure programs address business needs and deliver measurable outcomes
4. Evaluate program effectiveness (together with Academic board) through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics, making improvements where necessary
5. Establishes and manages strategic communication frameworks to align internal teams and external stakeholders
6. Represents the organization in key industry forums and foster relationships to enhance brand positioning
7. Develops clear communication and messaging for various initiatives of the institute to ensure consistency and clarity across platforms
8. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
