JOB SUMMARY

You drive analytics execution, process implementation, and governance control activities within the Health Business. You deliver accurate, timely insights and ensure effective application of defined governance standards, frameworks, and methodologies across categories, suppliers, pharmacy, and health services.

You support operational efficiency and risk management by building structured analysis, implementing process improvements, and maintaining contract monitoring and documentation systems. You ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness of outputs and operational records in alignment with established governance and compliance requirements.

JOB ROLES

Analytics & Insight Execution
Builds SKU- and category-level analysis, supplier scorecards, promo and program ROI, and health service productivity insights to support decision-making.
Process Implementation & Improvement
Executes process mapping, SOP development, and workflow improvements aligned with defined governance frameworks and process standards.
Industrial Engineering Application
Applies time-and-motion studies, bottleneck analysis, and capacity modelling to drive productivity and efficiency improvements.
Pricing & Computation Analytics
Develops pricing models and ensures accurate execution of computations, including SCD/PWD impact on margins.
Contract Governance & Monitoring
Maintains structured tracking and review of operational contracts, ensuring visibility of expiry timelines and alignment with SLA/KPI requirements.
Documentation & Audit Readiness
Ensures completeness, accuracy, and traceability of contracts, reports, and operational documentation supporting compliance and audit requirements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Builds dashboards and reports to track category, supplier, and service performance; identifies variances and supports action planning.
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
Conducts root cause analysis and drives corrective actions to address data, process, and governance gaps.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partners with Commercial, Pharmacy, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Legal to ensure aligned execution of analytics, process, and governance initiatives.
