JOB SUMMARY

The Site Development Manager is in-charge for the acquisition of new sites. He / She is also responsible for the renewal of lease contracts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Identifies feasible sites for Watsons stores.
Conducts feasibility studies on sites selected.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
Gets Hongkong approval by presenting relevant data of stores.
