JOB SUMMARY

This role provides essential support to the Beauty Brand Institute Creatives team in executing various creative designs, communication materials, and logistical tasks. The role also helps supervise creative assets inventory and safekeeping and assists in training plans and preparation.

JOB ROLES

Proposes creative materials and templates for training invitations, communications, and event materials for final approval. This includes, but is not limited to, logos, invitations, publication materials, slide deck designs, templates, videos, and other printed and digital materials.
Assists in the design and implementation of photo and video documentation for all activities, events, and other projects requiring photography and videography.
Assists in the safekeeping and organization of digital asset libraries with the approval of the immediate head, ensuring all files are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible to the team.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
