Supervisor, Beauty Brand Institute (Academics)

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for the design and delivery of assigned Beauty Brand Institute training modules to strengthen beauty professional knowledge and skills and drive business results.

JOB ROLES

Designs, develops, and implements assigned training modules and standard training communication materials using templates (Training Needs Analysis, design templates, storyboard templates)
Creates and regularly updates offline training module storyboards based on approved designs
Develops communication materials such as infographics and training bulletins, and supports logistics for training activities
Monitors team compliance with policies and ensures completion of the annual training plan
Works with the BBI Creatives Team on timely development of e-learning modules
Performs other related tasks as assigned
