JOB SUMMARY

Our Supervisor, DC Inventory Control is responsible in assisting the Inventory Manager and Associate in the preparation of various monthly and quarterly regional reports for Distribution Center {DC}. Providing regular updates to DC management regarding KPIs, ROS

JOB ROLES

•Leading cycle counts & stock take activities

•Overseeing daily operations related to material/ inventory movements, identify bottleneck and proposed actions

•Reviewing all reports submitted by the Inventory Control Associate, ensuring accuracy and providing heads up and recommendations to process owner for any recurring lapses
•Ensuring all requested adjustments are investigated and authorized/valid

•Preparing and coordinating with departments for the needed reports
•Establishing tracking and control (i.e.FIFO)

•Tracking KPIs regularly and ensuring timely issuance of notices to concerned 3PL partners

•Assisting in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities (competency improvement thru coaching, mentoring, job rotation & the likes)
