SUMMARY

E-DC Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible in making sure that eDC has high inventory quality while maintaining operational compliance.

ROLE

• Leading cycle counts & stocktake activities
• Reviewing all reports submitted by the Inventory Control Associate , ensuring accuracy and providing heads up and recommendations to process owner for any recurring lapses
• Ensuring all requested adjustments are investigated and authorized/ valid
• Tracking KPIs regularly and ensuring timely issuance of notices to concerned 3PL partners
• Analyzing movements of inventory / products and  determine proper and timely disposition for reconciling items.
• Pursuing measures to have alignment of physical and system stocks on hand to avoid shrinkage
• Monitoring staff performance to determine areas of improvements.

Responsible in the weekly preparation of O+O KPI reports.

•Responsible for measuring and conducting monthly KPI review with the EDC team (mini-S&OP
•Be proactive in conducting various root cause analysis to ensure we hit KPIs month on month.
•Provide data analytics to the Sr Manager to for the annual budget setting.
•This Role has a solid reporting line to the Inventory Control Manager and dotted line to EDC Senior Manager for the Analytics tasks.
