Responsibilities
The General Accounting Supervisor is responsible on the following:
1. Overseeing the accounting operations of the assigned section, month-end and year-end closing of books of assigned Operating Unit (OU).
2. Reviewing the completeness of monthly GL vs SL reconciliation of assigned Balanced Sheet accounts.
3. Posting of respective OU transactions in the general ledger.
4. Preparation of statutory financial statement draft in coordination with external auditors to comply with BIR and SEC reportorial requirements.
5. Supervises assistants under him / her.
