JOB SUMMARY
Our Supervisor, Talent Development (Beauty) directly reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Development (Beauty) and is responsible for the design and delivery of the assigned training modules in order to strengthen line management skills to efficiently deliver business results, thereby achieving the mission to put a smile on our customers’ faces.
JOB ROLES
Design, develop, and implement assigned training modules and standard training communication art cards using the standard training templates (i.e., TNA, Design template, Storyboard template)
Craft and regularly update offline training module storyboards based on approved training design
Design a variety of internal training communications art cards including but not limited to infographics, training bulletins (aligned with ASW/Watsons/SM branding guidelines) to be delivered across a variety of communication channels, and facilitate other preparation and logistical arrangements relative to training
Monitor teams on compliance with all policies and regulations through seamless delivery and completion of annual training plan
Partner with Digital Learning Designer on the timely development of the assigned e‑learning module required by the account/business
Prepare training plans and budgetary requirements for approval of Talent Development Head/Manager
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
