JOB SUMMARY
Our Site Development Supervisor is responsible in preparation and timely submission of store proposal store. He/She is also the custodian in updating database and reports necessary for store expansion.
JOB ROLES
Preparing and monitoring of business presentation materials, initial data analysis and inputs prior to financial review and approval of the investment committee for store expansion
Collating, updating site endorsements and all Lessor’s required documents from Site Dev’t Officers or Site Managers prior to presentation to investment committee
Updating, monitoring and collaborating database information essential for HK queries
