Description
The Space Planning Supervisor will be responsible for the development, communication, and monitoring of compliance to planograms and also in updating and revising merchandise layout.
Responsibilities
Micro Space Planning (Planograms)
1. Works with Trading in creating and revising POG.
2. Trains new hire on space management (i.e software).
3. Creates reports to measure category performance and recommends actions for improvement.
4. Manage deliverables on agreed timeline.
Macro Space Planning (Merchanside Layout)
1. Creates merchandise layouts based on customer needs, profitability and company strategy.
2. Creates reports to measure space performance (per store) and recommends actions for improvement.
3. Adheres to the set merchandise display rules.
