Our Demand and Replenishment Planning Supervisor is responsible for optimizing stocks levels while maintaining on shelf availability of subcategory assigned.
ROLE
•Improving Service/ Customer Value to always maintain on shelf availability
•Improving Supply Chain processes for efficiency
•Maintaining forecast accuracy level in auto-replenishment and/or any foreign ordering tool for Own brand
•Maintaining optimal inventory, achieving stocks weeks cover target, and reducing slow moving stocks better than target
•Driving team performance, coordinating, and executing demand planning activities in accordance to ROS
