SOURCING
Posting of Job Advertisement on all platforms
Pre-screening candidates from the Job Boards: Jobstreet and Indeed
INTERVIEWING
Conducting initial interviews
Scheduling of candidates for Division’s interview
Preparing and Routing of Request Approval for Hiring
PRE-ONBOARDING
Calling qualified candidates for Medical and Pre-employment requirements
Pre-checking of completeness and authenticity of requirements submitted
Preparing ID requests (ETF, i-Time, ID Picture and signature editing)
Monitoring pre-employment requirements does follow through until completion
Assisting with payroll account opening
