Job Summary
You will be responsible for supervising the daily transport operations of the assigned Distribution Center, ensuring timely and efficient transport execution while meeting service, productivity, and operational requirements. You will monitor transport performance, coordinate with transport partners and stakeholders, resolve operational issues, and provide inputs to improve route efficiency, truck utilization, and overall transport productivity.

You will also lead and develop the transport team to ensure consistent execution and adherence to established standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily transport activities, routing, dispatch, and delivery execution.
Monitor truck utilization, fill rates, route efficiency, and backload opportunities.
Track transport KPIs, service levels, and operational performance.
Resolve transport delays, delivery issues, and service disruptions.
Monitor day-to-day performance of transport partners and 3PL providers.
Support process improvement and operational standardization initiatives.
Ensure transport documentation, transactions, and reporting accuracy.
Lead, coach, and develop transport operations personnel.
