JOB SUMMARY
You will support the Supply Chain Compliance & Analytics function by ensuring operational compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and service level agreements (SLAs). You will validate third-party logistics (3PL) billing through accurate reconciliation of operational and financial data, analyze supply chain performance to generate actionable insights, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and external partners, you will help resolve discrepancies, strengthen governance and audit controls, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation that protect company margins and enable informed business decisions.
JOB ROLES
This role focuses on:
•Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and analyze supply chain reports and dashboards, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of operational, financial, and compliance insights to support business decisions.
•Billing Validation & Reconciliation: Validate and reconcile third-party logistics invoices against operational records to ensure billing accuracy, contractual compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
•Compliance & Issue Resolution: Monitor operational compliance, investigate billing and delivery exceptions, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
•Cost Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain accurate cost reports and supporting documentation to ensure proper financial tracking, audit readiness, and record management.
•Audit & Continuous Improvement: Support audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, improve processes, and reduce operational and billing risks.
•Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the objectives of the Supply Chain Compliance & Analytics function.
