SUMMARY

Systems and Process Senior Manager is responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiatives, management and deployment of projects initiated locally and regionally covering systems and processes of Supply Chain. Efficient business operations and effective system tools shall be established through project management, technical leadership, strategic planning, and team collaboration.

ROLE

• Leading and driving major projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure of the project.
• Facilitating overall project collaboration with support groups and other departments (local and group) to ensure the completeness, timeliness, and success of the project.
• Evaluating systems and business processes and implementing necessary improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of demand management and operations in the Supply Chain.
• Ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documents are streamlined, updated, and compliant.
• Providing support to the business unit by driving Supply Chain excellence.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
