    • Oversee digital communication plans, content calendars, and publishing schedules across email, website, and social media

    • Partner with department leaders to prioritize requests and translate business goals into clear creative briefs and communication plans

    • Review and approve copy, design, digital content, and campaign materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency

    • Collaborate with marketing, content, recruiting, operations, and field teams to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, announcements, and local market initiatives

    • Monitor performance across digital channels and use campaign, email, website, and social media metrics to recommend improvements

    • Contribute hands-on design, copy-editing, and content development for priority campaigns, presentations, advertisements, sales materials, and branded communications as needed

    • Maintain design systems, templates, brand standards, and the creative asset library

    • Oversee digital platforms, vendors, and files prepared for web, email, print, and production

    • Improve creative workflows, file management, quality assurance, and project delivery

    • Collaborate in person 4-5 days per week with marketing, recruiting, operations, and field teams

    • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

    What You’ll Bring

    • 6-8 years of experience in creative services, digital communications, brand design, marketing design, or an agency environment, including multi-channel campaign work

    • 2+ years of experience leading creative projects, managing creative teams, or developing team members

    • Strong portfolio or work samples demonstrating creative leadership, campaign development, and hands-on design execution

    • Experience developing creative concepts and art direction across digital, print, video, advertising, and brand campaigns

    • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and copy-editing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice

    • Experience with social media, email marketing, content management systems, digital publishing, and performance reporting

    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Asana or a comparable project management platform

    • Strong understanding of brand management, design systems, digital communications, and visual storytelling

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, keep projects on schedule, and communicate clearly with stakeholders

    • Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
