Bilingual Certified Training Expert_Eng/Spa_1st &2nd Shift_ M-Th

The Certified Training Expert (CTE) ensures that training follows an adult learner, high quality, standardized process – while being responsible for holding production staff accountable for needed / required training. This role will be responsible to facilitate, and document all required training on their given line and will focus on teamwork and accountability. Facilitates learning and learning activities on their line and throughout the facility Facilitates learning implementation and skill development Monitors employees on department metrics Ensures up-to-date documentation (Training Matrix and All Work Instructions) and process compliance through personal action, audits, line walks, continuous improvement changes, and escalation to team leaders, supervisors, and management team when necessary Coordinates (and conducts portions of) new hire orientation Collaborate with other CTEs to develop best practices and implement throughout plant Attend at least one Kaizen event per year
