Production Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · Assemble filters – put various types of media into pre-assembled filter frames; pour urethane and secure together by various measures, such as, bolts staples, etc. · Clean off excess urethane from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage (where applicable). · Confirm frame is square based on the filter specifications provided. · Measure and maintain correct pleat count (where applicable). · Produce quality filters and meet Company specifications in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• · Must be able to read a tape measure. · Must be able to read and understand written work instructions.
• KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: 6 months’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: License or certificates in any of the above-mentioned trade skills are beneficial WORK ENVIRONMENT: · The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
