Job Description:

• Good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction.
• Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
• New lead generation for creating pipeline of prospective customers.
• Completing sales targets time to time - Real-Estate Sales.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with client.
• Design relevant marketing and sales strategy.
• Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company's program of continuous improvement.
• Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good Communication Skills
• Property solutions to Prospects
• Effective Client co-ordination
• Conveyance is compulsory
• Attending the clients & convincing the walking customers for booking
• Knowledge of sales/marketing techniques, research and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business studies, marketing or relevant field an MBA will be preferred
