Job description

Position: SQL Server - Database Administrator

Project Location: Pune

Experience Level: 3-6 years of relevant experience

Below is key skills required for Database Administrator

Experience Required:

3-6 years of relevant experience
SQL Server administration in an Active Directory
TSQL, Performance tuning, SSIS packages
SQL server clustering and DB replication, DB Links
SQL server backup and recovery
Relation DB model, Enterprise data modelling
SQL server database security
Database design, Implementation, management
Microsoft database administration training/ certification

Preferred (Additional Skills)

Proficient in SaaS processors and methods
Familiar with SW release process
Proficient of web services
Strong understanding of SDLC including quality/Testing
Programming : Classic ASP, C#, C++, Java, Microsoft .Net
Understanding Microsoft Windows Server Technologies
DB Maintenance & administration SQL server 2008
