As a member of the Product Design team at Aaru, you’ll help users make decisions faster. The Product Design team owns designing, building, and evolving user experiences across every surface of Aaru. You’ll design experiences for personas across the technical spectrum and synthesize cutting-edge research into features used daily by executives and developers alike
Identify patterns across user needs and product to 10x our simulation software’s impact
Ship fast while advancing the platform design system
Force-multiply engineering with high-quality prototypes using agentic workflows
Experiment and advance AI-native design workflows

You’ve released your own products or have lead product design previously

This role is based in New York City. Aaru is an in-person company, working 5 days a week in office. Candidates are expected to be located within the New York City metropolitan area or open to relocation.
