Responsibilities
- Central Function: Serve at the core of the exchange and clearing business by ensuring seamless execution, stability, and integrity across all operational processes to deliver the organization’s objectives and operational outcomes effectively.
- Precision in Trade Execution: Gain hands-on experience in executing and meticulously monitoring trade, clearing and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Regulatory Adherence: Develop a comprehensive grasp of Exchange and Clearing Rules and Procedures. Play an active role in upholding compliance with exchange and clearing regulations.
- Insightful Data Analysis: Utilize your keen analytical skills and financial acumen to support the evaluation of trading activities, market trends to facilitate the generation of informed reports.
- Holistic Team Collaboration: Engage closely with diverse teams and external partners to ensure the harmonious functioning of exchange and clearing operations.
- SOP Compliance: Develop a thorough understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and ensure consistent adherence to established workflows and controls.
- Reporting Excellence: Uphold accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all operational and regulatory reporting processes.
- Innovative Process Refinement: Identify avenues to optimize operational processes, infusing your fresh perspective for the continuous enhancement of efficiency.

- Operational continuity: This role requires working on a rotating shift schedule to maintain consistent coverage and support for 22/5 exchange and clearing operations. Shift allowance will be provided for eligible shift duties.
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
