    • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement: Build and maintain relationships with global KOLs to enable peer-to-peer education, advisory boards, and proctoring programs.

    Global Curriculum & Digital Development

    • Curriculum architecture: Define standardized global curricula for portfolio education, ensuring alignment with product IFUs, regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices.
    • Instructional design & digital platforms: Lead development of agile, on-demand learning solutions, including train-the-trainer programs, virtual simulations, and modular e-learning through digital tools, immersive technologies, and scalable frameworks.
    • Content governance: Establish and support governance and SOPs for global training and education programs, ensuring compliance with global regulatory and regional bodies and codes; implement continuous improvement based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
