Summary
The Shipping Manager prepares and tracks all outbound shipments, ensuring products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role requires computer skills, organization, effective time management, and a strong level of communication.
Key

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage shipments using carriers such as FedEx hip Manager and freight providers.
  
• Maintain and update address books, client distribution lists, and shipping databases.
  
• Verify shipments align with fulfillment schedules and production timelines.
  
• Track and maintain inventory of shipping materials.
  
• Monitor outbound shipments and track delivery status.
  
• Resolve logistical issues including address errors, shipping delays, or customs documentation discrepancies.
  
• Coordinate with Fulfillment and Production teams to ensure shipping readiness.
  
• Ensure compliance with carrier requirements and packaging standards.
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or distribution supervision.
  
• 3-5 years in a logistics/shipping role.
  
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems.
  
• Experience with FedEx/UPS/DHL Shipping software.
  
• Microsoft Excel experience
  
• Excellent organization and documentation management abilities.
