Manufacturing Supervisor-2nd Shift

At ABEC, we’re looking for a proactive 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor who drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping production on schedule, promoting a safe work environment, and driving process improvements across operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipping of systems and related equipment
• Assign and coordinate work for shop employees and team leads
• Implement policies and procedures while identifying opportunities to improve methods, equipment, operating processes, and workplace conditions

Hours:  M-Th:  3:25pm - 11:55pm and F:  1:15pm - 9:45pm
