Cleaning Operative

· Experience in a cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance role would be beneficial, though not always essential · Understanding how to use personal protective equipment (PPE) · Must be able to follow company policies, cleaning protocols, and safety regulations. · Ability to report any issues, communicate training needs, and provide feedback to management · Willingness to take on other duties as assigned, supporting the team in various cleaning and maintenance tasks · Good attention to detail · Work to routine schedules · Ability to work on their own and as a team · Excellent timekeeping · Good communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties will involve cleaning, hoovering, mopping, desk wiping, kitchen, and toilet cleaning. You will empty waste and top up consumables. You must have good attention to detail and high standards of cleaning. You will be responsible for disinfecting areas as per planner.
