Certified Personal Trainer

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one and in small groups with members, delivering personalized training programs, expert coaching, and five-star service every day. What You’ll Do

Conduct fitness assessments and health appraisals to understand each client’s starting point and goals Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to each member’s needs and abilities Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions that are safe, engaging, and results-focused Track client progress and adapt programs to ensure continued improvement Educate members on exercise technique, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits Motivate and support clients to stay consistent and reach their goals Demonstrate proper use of strength, cardio, and functional training equipment Maintain a clean, organized fitness floor and ensure equipment is ready for members Proactively build and grow your personal training client base
