Description

• Provide guidance to all supporting departments.
• The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for client/customer communication and the on-time/on-budget delivery of their projects.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in a Project Management role (Preferably with a focus on fabrication or construction in Aerospace).

Duties

• Provide clients and internal project disciplines (Quality, HSE, Operations, Accounting) with potential solutions when issues arise.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate across engineering, fabrication, quality assurance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Review and interpret aerospace drawings, specifications, and 3D models to support accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, codes, and certifications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues and developing corrective action plans as needed.
• Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare and present status reports, forecasts, and project performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between client and internal disciplines. Provide drawings, specifications, work packs to fabrication shops and 3rd party suppliers.
• Manage multiple jobs/clients simultaneously.
• Organize and maintain documentation via SharePoint.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
