Senior Commercial Manager

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you'll strengthen Accell's Parts & Accessories business by partnering with suppliers, and developing and executing impactful brand activation initiatives. You'll bridge global strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives while delivering effective dealer activations, POS initiatives, and events in close collaboration with suppliers, Business Units, Sales, and regional activation teams. The role includes occasional travel within your region and across Europe.

What you’ll do

Building supplier partnerships

• Collaborating with global brand partners to align on objectives and the annual activation plan, including quarterly reviews to course-correct where needed.

• Act as performance owner for selected brands, feeding insights back to support both global initiatives and local sell-out.

Developing Global Activation Plans and align Cross-Regional Execution

• Developing scalable activation concepts for assigned global brands, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions.

• Adapting global activation frameworks and developing tailored initiatives for assigned local brands to meet regional market needs.

Deliver Dealer Value

• Developing global cross-category commercial strategies to maximize dealer sellout.

• Developing sales fundamental excellence in collaboration with regional Sales.

Grow Category Expertise in the Organization

• Conducting assortment effectiveness review with the category analyst, delivering clear keep/cut/add recommendations

• Optimizing activation effectiveness, share best practices and include in forecast cycle

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in (trade) marketing or commercial roles

• Experience in the bicycle industry or FMCG is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region and pan-European
