Total 8-10 years of experience managing complex software development projects using Agile methodologies. Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and Computer Vision projects. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and governance. Coordinate MLOps activities including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarize communications for business stakeholders and executives. Prior experience of managing web, mobile, IoT projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Digital Transformation projects from initiation through production deployment.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, MLOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, and business stakeholders.
- Actively participate in requirement gathering and requirement analysis process and create business requirement documents to drive clarity.
- Work with Product Managers & Executives to prioritize projects across the organization based on company goals and objectives.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including requirements definition, stakeholder feedback, development, and deployment.
- Lead a cross-functional team in a matrixed organization for successful, on-time delivery.
- Think out-of-the-box in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide expert knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and iterative project management methodologies.
- Understanding of latest cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options.
