Application Analyst with German

We are seeking a Junior Application Consultant to join a diverse team of experts supporting organizations across Europe in transforming and optimizing their business operations.

You will support the implementation of HR and Workforce Management solutions and help customers successfully adopt new technology. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will gain hands-on experience in software configuration, business process analysis, client collaboration, and project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting consultants and project teams during software implementation projects
• Learning about customer HR and Payroll processes and assisting with their analysis
• Participating in customer workshops and project meetings
• Assisting with system configuration based on customer requirements and established best practices
• Supporting testing activities, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Helping prepare training materials and supporting customer training sessions
• Collaborating with colleagues across international teams to help deliver successful project outcomes
• Performing project-related administrative tasks

Who we're looking for:

• Fluent in English and German
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work with clients and team members in an international environment
• Interested in technology, HR, Payroll, and business software solutions
• Eager to learn new technologies and business processes
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to project success
• Comfortable working independently while receiving guidance and support from experienced colleagues

Nice to have:

• Project delivery experience
• Experience supporting Head Count Management applications or similar customer-facing support roles
• Knowledge of HR policies and concepts
• Knowledge of Payroll concepts
