Client Account Lead - Products Industry & AI Transformation (CL6)

Lead strategic account planning and growth initiatives for a large multinational client operating across Southeast Asia

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including Vice Presidents and C-suite executives

• Partner with client leadership teams to identify and shape enterprise transformation opportunities across business functions, operating models, customer experience, and digital capabilities

• Drive conversations on AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and data-driven transformation, aligning technology investments to business outcomes

• Lead opportunity qualification, deal shaping, proposal development, and commercial discussions to support account expansion objectives

• Collaborate with consulting, technology, operations, data, and industry teams to bring integrated solutions to clients

• Oversee account governance, pipeline management, forecasting, and financial performance tracking

• Provide market insights on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies that may impact client growth and transformation priorities

• Mentor team members and contribute to overall account leadership and talent development efforts

Minimum 12 years of experience in consulting, account management, business development, transformation, or related disciplines

• Experience managing strategic relationships within multinational corporations or large enterprise organizations

• Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence business and technology decision-making

• Strong experience leading or supporting enterprise transformation, digital transformation, or operational improvement initiatives

• Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, data, analytics, and automation trends and their business applications

• Proven track record supporting account growth, commercial pursuits, revenue expansion, or strategic sales initiatives

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate effectively across multicultural teams and multiple Southeast Asia markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting regional or global strategic accounts

• Familiarity with Products industry sectors such as Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Health, Life Sciences, or diversified multinational enterprises

• Experience working within matrixed organizations and cross-functional delivery environments

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
