---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Procurement Practice Associate Manager WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: • Lead complex sourcing projects • Pursue and develop strong stakeholder relationships • Make a significant impact from a client satisfaction standpoint with your projects • Lead teams by example through the delivery of outstanding projects • Understand client’s business needs to develop optimal RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead complex sourcing projects • Pursue and develop strong stakeholder relationships • Make a significant impact from a client satisfaction standpoint with your projects • Lead teams by example through the delivery of outstanding projects • Understand client’s business needs to develop optimal sourcing solution • Lead and facilitate (with the client’s cross-functional team) the selection criteria for supplier selection and evaluations • Design and develop relevant RFP documents for projects or make recommendations for incumbent negotiations • Negotiate agreement with supplier and incorporate best practice metrics for agreements to aid the Category Management process in supplier relationship management activities; • May be responsible for contracting negotiated agreement • Develops and expands category knowledge in support of sourcing projects • Develop and deploy Sourcing offering deliverables (i.e. process templates) • Indirectly (and in certain cases directly) coach and manage Sourcing Team Members and begin to develop people (onshore and offshore) in our business • Ensure that services are provided within assigned budgets and timelines; takes actions necessary to address any issues • Provide input to Accenture best practices • Monitor and provide guidance on procurement process for categories under management • Capture and report key findings from procurement activities that can be used to gain efficiencies and or knowledge for similar engagements • Support development of subcategory market insights materials or benchmarks • Work with Client Delivery to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual/service level obligations Bonus Points: • Ability to effectively lead formal strategic sourcing efforts related to Corporate & Professional Services, IT, Marketing, HR, Facilities, MRO, etc. categories • Solid understanding of and experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis • Excellent communication, organization/time management, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end project lifecycles • Strong project management and relationship-building skills • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint • Collaborative in nature to ensure both internal and external stakeholders are being managed and engaged when appropriate • Successful track record with clients • Adaptable management style to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers • Knowledge of procurement operations • Experience working directly with key stakeholders in business units OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 5 years combined relevant work experience in Procurement or Global Sourcing or Category Management or Contracts/Contracting Profile Flexes: • Base profile is in Global Sourcing or Category Management or Procurement, Global Procurement (Project is willing to flex the 5 years’ experience to a COMBINED years approach) • Example: 3 Years Experience in Global Sourcing and 2 Years Experience in Procurement or Category Management • Combined years approach also applies to the preferred experiences listed per profile. The preferred skills/ relevant work experiences do not need to meet the minimum 5 years (as long as these additional skills/ work experiences are reflected on the CV, project is willing to screen)
