You are:
An experienced force for change. You know that government agencies must change to deliver on mission-critical initiatives, and you know how to help agencies do that. You’ve got the skills, tools, and know-how to help the federal government remake themselves from top-to-bottom to be more nimble, more capable, and more productive. And you’re someone that people look to for advice and guidance. You’ve done this plenty of times and it shows in how you help people on your team do their best, so your clients get the best advice.

The work:

Lead clients through the transformation process that will make their agencies more capable by focusing on alignment, ability and adoption
Develop human-centered strategies for training that are agile, actionable, and ready for the digital world
Translate strategic direction and mission objectives established by clients into holistic training strategies
Design training strategies that will help adjust to the future of work and new ways of working
Lead a team of high performing training developers to execute on your client’s training strategy
Demonstrate prior experience leading training work for large SAP (preferably S/4HANA) greenfield transformations
Use industry-leading training tools and methodologies including:
- WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform
- WalkMe Learning Arc
- Engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools like Mentimeter
- Experience design using personas and informed by organizational analytics
Contribute to Accenture Federal Services’ business development efforts and to our Human Capital practice by:
- Helping with market research, points-of-view, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management
- Collaborating on proposals
- Building trusted client relationships

Here’s what you need:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
- Training Leadership
- Project Management
- Change Management
- Training Capability
- Agile Change
- Training Analytics
- Design Thinking
3+ years working as a Training Lead on an SAP (preferably S/4HANA) greenfield transformation
2+ years working with WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform and/or WalkMe Learning Arc
Hands‑on experience configuring and governing a digital adoption platform (e.g., WalkMe DAP) and authoring in‑app guidance
Strong eye for instructional design quality and consistency

Bonus points if you have:

Experience working as a consultant on change management
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Certifications or PROSCI
Experience with designing, developing, and rolling out a change management plan for a mid- or large-scale program
Familiar with digital authoring tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, PowToon, Piktochart, Camtasia, SnagIt, and Articulate 360 to accelerate learning and adoption

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $109,500—$213,500 USD
